Your Hosts Caitlyn and Jillian
Caitlyn and Jillian both work for Idencia, Inc. a software as a service company who serves the precast concrete industry and the construction manufacturing industry. Both curious for learning, Caitlyn and Jillian co-host the Pardon the Dust podcast to learn about the construction manufacturing industry by speaking with industry leaders.
Caitlyn has extensive knowledge in marketing and design as Brand Manager. Jillian knows all about product development and sales as Idencia’s Product Owner and Solution Specialist.
The Heart of our Podcast
Our goal is to share with the industry the voices of manufacturers and vendors to *dust off* the curtains and shed light in areas not always publicly discussed.
And you know, we get it, construction is dirty. Every time Jillian and I go on-site somewhere, it’s a guarantee that we’ll come home dusty. That’s what inspired us in creating this title.
